Are you feeling stressed or overwhelmed? Do you need more time and space for yourself? Do you find it difficult to put feelings into words or to speak up for what you need?

I offer Individual Art Therapy, short-term small-group Art Therapy series, and Creative Arts-Based Wellness Workshops, creating supportive spaces for self-discovery, reflection, and connection.

In Individual Art Therapy, we work one-on-one toward therapeutic goals using art within a clinical framework. Creative expression supports emotional awareness, regulation, and healing, particularly when words are difficult to access.

I also offer short-term, small-group Art Therapy series held in my private office. These groups are formal psychotherapy but designed as time-limited, low-commitment experiences. They provide an intimate setting that supports connection to self and to others, allowing participants to explore emotions, patterns, and relationships within a contained and supportive therapeutic environment.

In contrast, Creative Arts-Based Wellness Workshops are not psychotherapy. These community-based workshops use guided art-making to support mindfulness, self-expression, and connection with others in a non-clinical setting. Held in familiar, welcoming spaces such as coffeehouses or local studios, they emphasize accessibility, shared experience, and creative exploration as pathways to reflection and well-being.

Whether you are seeking individual therapy, a brief group therapy experience, or a community-based creative wellness workshop, there is an option designed to support connection, growth, and care.

Using existing text, you will intuitively select and obscure words to reveal a poem that reflects your inner voice. This process-based experience emphasizes mindfulness over perfection and invites presence, curiosity, and personal meaning. No writing or art experience is needed, just a willingness to pause, create, and connect in the warm, reflective atmosphere of the bookstore.

The Art of Centering: A Mandala Workshop

The Art of Centering: A Mandala Workshop

Tuesday, February 10, 2026, 4:15 - 6:15pm @ Coffee Social, White Plains, NY

Mandalas are meditation tools that support spiritual growth. Their imagery reflects the universe and symbolizes one’s spiritual journey, the cycles of life, and the interconnectedness of all living things. Participants will enjoy a guided meditation and a creative session to design their own mandala. It’s an opportunity to relax, explore, and find personal healing. Everyone is encouraged to create freely and take comfort in the process.

Mindful Painting - Non-Objective Watercolor Painting

Mindful Painting - Non-Objective Watercolor Painting

Sunday, March 8, 2026, 5:00 - 7:00pm, @ Tazza Cafe, Thornwood, NY

Non-objective art supports mindfulness by letting go of recognizable images and focusing instead on color, movement, and sensation. Without something to interpret, attention stays in the present moment, following the act of making marks and noticing the body and breath. This approach reduces judgment and mental effort, creating a calm, grounded experience. The process becomes a quiet form of meditation, allowing awareness to unfold naturally without needing words or meaning.
