In Individual Art Therapy, you'll work one-on-one with me toward your therapeutic goals, using art to express and explore emotions, thoughts, and experiences. When words fall short, creative expression can support self-awareness and emotional healing. My Art as Therapy workshops, while therapeutic, are not formal therapy. They focus on mindfulness, self-regulation, and meaningful connection with others.
